HOW WILL WE WORK TOGETHER?
My approach combines academic coaching, NLP pedagogy, Learning to Learn, cognitive remediation, and Positive Orientation. I do not seek to impose a ready-made method on a child or adolescent. My primary goal is to understand how they function, how they learn, what motivates them, what hinders them, and what can help them move forward.
Every young person possesses resources, abilities, potential, and sometimes treasures they do not yet see themselves. My work involves helping them recognize these, rely on them, and allow themselves to learn differently, without being defined by their grades, difficulties, or the perceptions of others.
Support can focus on confidence, organization, memorization, attention, motivation, emotions, orientation, or taking action. The objective is to build simple, concrete strategies with them, adapted to their reality, so they can rediscover a way of learning, choosing, and progressing that truly suits them.Enter your paragraph here
For children, adolescents, or students who doubt themselves, are unfocused, lose confidence, or no longer know how to progress in their academic journey.
For those who work hard without always seeing results, who procrastinate, who feel "worthless," who struggle with organization, memorization, or envisioning their future.
And for parents who sense their child has potential but needs a key to get them moving again.
A young person doesn't always need to work harder.
They often need to understand how they learn, how they reason, how they manage their emotions, attention, motivation, and relationship with mistakes.
When they discover they can learn differently, they gradually stop defining themselves by their grades, difficulties, or the perceptions of others.
We start from where they are: their strengths, their blocks, their relationship with school, their emotions, their needs, and their natural way of learning.
Then, we build concrete tools with them: method, organization, memorization, confidence, orientation, stress management, and taking action.
The goal is for them to become more active participants in their learning and choices.
1. CREATE A SPACE OF TRUST
Before seeking a method, I listen to what they are experiencing, what they feel, what helps them, what hinders them, and what could reignite their desire to move forward.
The goal is for them to feel recognized, valued, and secure enough to begin seeing themselves differently.
2. REVEAL THEIR RESOURCES AND TREASURES
Through academic coaching, NLP pedagogy, Learning to Learn, cognitive remediation, and Positive Orientation, I help them identify their strengths, forms of intelligence, successes, needs, and points of support.
Little by little, they can break free from labels, regain a more accurate self-image, and build upon what already works within them.
3. ALLOW THEMSELVES TO LEARN DIFFERENTLY
Some young people need to visualize, hear, move, manipulate, structure differently, create connections, or find meaning in what they learn.
The support helps build concrete, dynamic strategies adapted to their reality, to gain autonomy, confidence, and clarity.
4. CLARIFY THEIR PATH AND TAKE ACTION
The objective is for them to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and momentum, progressively becoming active participants in their learning, choices, and future.
